We headed to the GermanFest in Robert's Cove first thing Saturday morning with my mom & dad, sister & her family. My mom was born and raised in this small German-settled community. There was plenty of family, music, food and beer to enjoy.

We ended the day at Cajun Field for some UL football. We are proud alumni and season ticket holders, and we won 31-34!
Bonus photo (not from the weekend). Lily was able to wear a sports shirt to school last week because of her (A) conduct grade thus far in the school year. She's doing great!
